Description:

Chicago Hearing Society provides a wide range of services for people who are deaf and hard of hearing. This includes: domestic violence and sexual assault counseling, social services and advocacy, including income tax assistance, information and referrals, youth programs, assistive technology, hearing aid bank, amplified telephone demonstrations, interpreter referral, and crime victim assistance. The On-Line Community Calendar provides on-line information for the deaf and hard of hearing on support groups, events, recreation, conferences, religious services and other activities. Services provided in English, Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL).
